The following are general guidelines to reduce risks and help make power kiting a safe and fun sport for both pilots and spectators.

Only properly trained indivuduals in good physical health should participate in any kite sport.

Gear and equipment should only be used if it is properly inspected for safety, reliability, and quality on a regular basis.

Kitesports should only be performed in proper weather conditions.

Proper safety equipment and body protection should be worn at all times.

Any one purchasing, leasing, or renting equipment, gear, instructional services or transportation services from Catch Some Air, LLC (DBA Air Company / Air) understands that participating in kite sports can cause injury or death and do so at their own risk.
